Every Arya order ships with a physical Warranty Card. This card is your proof of coverage and must be presented when filing any warranty claim. Please keep it in a safe place with your order details — without it, we will not be able to process your claim.

How to Claim

If your Arya piece needs inspection or repair under warranty:

1. Locate your Warranty Card (shipped with your order) and your proof of purchase — both are required to file a claim.

3. Our team will guide you through sending the piece in for inspection.
4. Once inspected, eligible items will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
