Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a WhatsApp message asking you to confirm or cancel your order.
Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, it is typically shipped to our delivery partner the next business day. Delivery time (SLA) begins from the date the order is handed over to the shipping company, not from the order date.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the day the order is shipped to our delivery partner, not from the order date.
Delivery Confirmation
Before delivering your order, our shipping partner will contact you the day before the scheduled delivery to confirm.
- If you confirm, the order will be delivered as scheduled.
- If you cancel, the order will be returned to us and will not be delivered.
Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partner will make up to three (3) attempts to deliver your order. If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the order will be canceled and returned to us.
